Dennis Oliech Top 10 Scorer in World Cup Qualifiers

What do Eto’o, Drogba, Adebayor, Kanoute and Aboutrika have in common with Oliech? They are all the Top 10 scorers at the just concluded 2010 World Cup/Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. I guess every cloud has a silver lining; we didn’t qualify for neither of the tournaments, but at least we have proven once again that in Dennis Oliech, we posses one of the most potent strikers on the continent.

Unfortunately, having the best players in the world amount to nothing if we have incompetent goons running the country’s football, and political leadership interfering with the management of the game at all times.

And what’s with Raila telling us that former Harambee Stars’ coach Antoine Hey (good riddance!) had “improved the standards” of Kenyan football? The Right Honourable needs to sue his optician coz his bifocals been lying to him. The German played us for fools, got hefty payments and then left when he realized his gig was up.
