Angel's Burial Plans Underway

Family, friends and fans of Ghetto Radio’s Angel (Angela Wainaina) are meeting everyday from 6pm at the Tin Tin Restaurant located at the ground floor are of the KICC for funeral arrangements. Plans are already underway for the burial arrangements of the late radio presenter, actress and MC. Angel (25), perished last week in the inferno that gutted Nakumatt Downtown on Kimathi Street.
The picture below is the last we took of Angel in December 2008 at the KICC. She’s seen here with The Insyder Kru member, Edgar Onyango (404), of Kabarak High School who had gone over to the Ghetto Radio booth for an interview.

From all the Teeniez at The Insyder,
This is dedicated to Angel,
Whom from us might be gone down here
But whom we believe still goes on up there.
Just like an angel.

Our dearest Angel,
Just like an angel,
You brought laughter and comfort and joy.
And just like an angel
You made things bright and warm and lovely.
From us you may be gone,
But the many happy times you brought
Doing your thing on air
We will remember you by.
So even as we shed a tear
Who you were and what you said
We’ll remember and we’ll smile.
Even from above,
You’ll be bringing joy & laughter.
You’ll just always be in the air.
Just like an angel.
May you rest in eternal peace,
Sweet Angel.

50 Cent and Rick Ross Stage Fake Beef

Okay, someone hit me on the head with a microphone if I’m wrong, but isn’t so obvious that Fif’s beef with Rick Ross is stage managed? I mean c’mon guys, a closet prison warder taking on the fastest fading star in hip hop?! How lovely; two careers headed for the ‘hip hop has been’s’ garbage bin are now beefing each other. N****z please!
If you ain’t in the loop yet, Fif has released a diss track aimed at Rick Ross. Titled "Try Me," the song is a response to Ross' "Mafia Music," on which the overweight Miami rapper rhymed, "I love to pay ya bills, can't wait to pay ya rent/ Curtis Jackson baby mama, I ain't looking for a cent/ Burn the house down/You gotta buy another/ Don't forget the gas can, jealous, stupid mutha ******"
50's quick response starts with him chanting "Officer Ross" numerous times. "I put a razor through your face/I put a nine on my waist," raps Fiddy, who earlier in 2008 warned Ross not to remain too close to Fat Joe due to his beef with Fif. 50 even took time to take a swipe at Lil Wayne at the end, saying that Ross is "an appetizer. Where you at, Wayne?" The queens rapper continued to egg Wayne on. "You awfully quiet. You called Em out...You got to pass me to get to him."
Now why doesn’t 50 first release his delayed album aptly named ‘Before I Self Destruct’ and see if he can sell a milli records in one week like Lil’ Wayne. Fif shouldn’t forget that the last time he challenged someone, he lost! By challenging Weezy (forget about Rick Ross coz no one cares about the blubberized prison warder), Fif had better make sure he’s gonna win this one coz going down to him will surely mean the end of his career.

Rick Ross’ Interview On Shade 45 Morning

101’s Admissions To Be Delayed

Thanks to the teachers’ strike, most 101’s will not be joining high school as expected. Most 101’s will instead have to wait a week or so before joining their respective schools. Freshers were expected to go to join high school last week, but a spot check in most high schools revealed that this had not been the case. The main reason causing this delay (as a result of the teachers’ strike, of course) is the fact that most admission letters were not sent out on time. Despite the strike, most 101’s are expected to join their respective high schools this week.
On behalf of The Insyder, this blogger would like to welcome all form one’s (101’s) to high school. Trust me, you’ll look down at these four years 40 years from now and agree with me that these will be the best years of your life!
