In a video posted to his official website Monday, a somber Brown extends an apology for the incident, saying he wanted to “publicly express my deepest regret and accept full responsibility.” Sincere, or raring for a comeback ?I say both. Any publicity-cheap,bad or good is better than not knowing you existed at all.
